Action administrator
The action administrator defines the causes of identified nonconformities and sets the actions. Optionally, the administrator can be set to only triage findings and assign them to other people.
Personal task list and notifications
The action administrator is notified of assigned findings by e-mail and also has these tasks in their personal task list and in a calendar that syncs to Outlook.

Enters the causes of identified nonconformities and proposes actions. A process shortcut is available, merging action implementation and the effectiveness check into a single step.
AI-generated audit report
The AI report serves as an aid for uncovering causes and setting actions. The feature is optional. We use AI from Microsoft and can connect to the client's own AI.
