Action implementer
The implementer keeps track of their tasks via notifications and a calendar, and records the implementation of actions with the option to escalate or run their own effectiveness check.

Notified of assigned tasks by e-mail. Tasks are in their personal list and in a calendar that syncs to Outlook.

Recording action implementation
Records the implementation of an action. Depending on the setup, escalates to an effectiveness check or runs it themselves. The setup can merge root-cause determination, the action and its implementation into a single step.
