How does it work?
You pay a fixed price based on the number of users. Everyone has access to everything you grant them in permissions. 100% performance, no half-measures.
Under CZK 14 excl. VAT per user per day, or CZK 20 per working day (roughly 250 working days a year). Manufacturing excellence still for the price of a cup of coffee.
If you only need one or two modules, we will put together an individual offer tailored to your needs.
A user, per iDomino’s terms, is an actual physical person. Not a device, not a machine, not a workstation. What does that give you?
You can do the math in your head. Number of people times CZK 5,000 excl. VAT. No counting of devices, machines, lines, plants or data volume.
One person, any number of devices. A foreman logs in on a phone at the line, on a tablet in the warehouse and on a PC in the office. Still one user, still one price.
Every record has an author. The end of anonymous shared accounts. Reports, tasks and sign-offs are tied to a specific person, so you get trustworthy data and a complete audit trail.
Accountability and growth per person. Notifications, escalations, action-plan tasks and the qualifications overview belong to a specific person. Exactly as manufacturing practice and auditors require.
The price mirrors the reality of the company. You pay for exactly as many people as actually work with the platform. The team grows, the licence grows. Nothing more.

Frequently asked questions
CZK 5,000 excl. VAT per user per year. The price covers the entire platform, meaning all features including the ones we keep adding. No add-on fees for modules.
A user, per iDomino's terms, is an actual physical person. One person can log in from any number of devices and it is still a single user. You do not pay for devices, machines, lines or plants. You pay for active users, which you set up in the system. If you deactivate a user, they are still counted in the licensed number for another 3 months after deactivation by default. Yes. Features we add that are also useful to other clients are delivered to everyone as part of the subscription, at no extra charge and automatically.
Yes. Purely specific solutions with no use for other clients are developed on a custom basis, always with a fixed price agreed up front. More on the Custom development page.
Your data stays yours. On termination we provide a full export in standard formats and keep the data for 90 days for a safe transition.
iDomino operates an ISMS compliant with ISO/IEC 27001, meets GDPR and runs on European servers. Besides the cloud, we also offer on-premise operation on the client's private servers, where data never leaves your infrastructure. In both variants, access is role-based.
