Recording the fix
After taking over a report, records the resolution of the fault. Uses voice input and can attach photos and short videos straight from the phone.
Regular machine inspection
Preventive machine inspection by the schedule in the app calendar. Escalates requests to foremen or process engineers - larger preventive part replacements, inspections of other machines.
Escalation to colleagues
Escalates related requests, such as preventive inspections, to team colleagues.
